When booking, the more details you can give us about your bike, the better! We will always ask for the type of bike (road bike, mountain bike, etc), brand, model, how many gears it has, what kind of brakes it has (rim brakes, disc brakes, etc). Gathering this information allows our mechanic to bring relevant spare parts with him when he visits you for the service, and also helps us know in advance any issues that might arise from tricky components.
If you don’t know some, or even any of this information, its not a problem. Fill out the booking details as best you can, or even email through some pictures of your bike, and we’ll fill in the blanks for you.
